Toronto,
Ontario - The new North Course at Angus Glen Golf Club in Markham,
ON, will be the host venue for the 9th annual Canadian Skins
Game.The
Skins Game is a hole-by-hole, winner-take-all competition. The
four players will be competing for a purse of $ 360 000 Cdn.
The first 6 holes are worth $ 15 000 each, the next six $ 20
000, and the final six worth $ 25 000. each. The prize money
for any hole not won outright by one player is carried over
to the next hole(s).
Mike
Weir, who finished 6th last year on the PGA Tour money list,
and 21st in world rankings, will lead a field of top PGA stars
- David Duval, Sergio Garcia, and Vijay Singh.

Skins Game has always featured golfers of amazing caliber,
and I know the competition will be tough again this year,"
