Move over steel shafts! Scandium is here!
Alicia’s Golf News Move over steel shafts! Scandium is here!

Would you trade in your steel shafts if you could hit the ball 10-15 yards further and 100% more accurate? I did! I just discovered the best new thing in golf from my swing coach Jeff Manore who is in charge of tour operations research & development. They are called Element 21 golf clubs with Scandium shafts. A metal that is lighter but stronger then titanium and steel. The winner of the Bridgestone, Barclays, Fed Ex Championship and Deutsche Bank Championship is currently playing Scandium Sc shafts on the PGA tour and has one 4 events in the past 3 months. I switched over and dropped 3 strokes aside immediately.

I’m heading out to Vegas next week to compete in the Remax World Long Drive competition. I recently won the Diamond in the Desert long drive competition which exempts me into finals. Last year I represented the state of Michigan for the women’s division. I’m currently using the Scandium shafts and the E21 head to compete against 32 women around the country! The E21 driver instantly added on 10 to 15 more yards. Because of its forged Scandium cup face the driver was designed with an ultra soft spot minimizing your spin rate. That alone added on 10 yards to my drives.

And if you love pounding the ball on the driving range these scandium shafts are perfect for you. The Shock energy which causes tendinitis and tennis elbow actually gets absorbed by the shaft which also gives the ball additional distance and allows you to practice longer! These clubs are for every golfer, pros, amateurs, even people who play once every few months. They are very forgiving and easy to hit!

If anyone wants additional information on these clubs you can ask me personally at amzgolfer@gmail.com I’d love to talk golf with you!
